Rental conditions:
•    Minimum rental: 3 days
•    Original driver’s license to be presented
•    Must be the holder of a driver’s license for no less than 2 years
•    Minimum age: 25 years
•    Credit card must be presented (unless otherwise stated)
•    Delivery with full tank, to be returned with full tank.

Additional costs:
•    Mandatory handling fee (delivery/pick-up), onetime fee, all year, all locations: $44 / £37.
•    Redemption of deductible up to 1.200 Euro: $7 / £6 per day.
•    Redemption of deductible over 1.200 Euro: $10 / £9 per day.
•    Additional driver, per rental: $29 / £25.
•    Baby seat (0-3 years), per rental: $37 / £31.
•    Booster seat (3 years and older), per rental: $15 / £12.
Insurance coverage:
All with third-party insurance and CDW with a deductible (deductible between 700 €uro and 1.500 €uro, depending on the service provider and vehicle category).  In the event of an accident responsible or without an identified third party, the customer will have to pay only for the damage of the rented vehicle within the limit of the deductible (except exclusions as alcohol, etc ...) In the event of an unaccountable accident with an identified third party, the customer won’t have to pay anything. Details will be provided with booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy:
•    28 days – 15 days prior to rental start: 50%
     14 days and less prior to rental start: 100%

Note:
•    All the above information is subject to change. The legal deciding factor is on-site from client signed rental agreement. 

Important information:
• Vehicles with automatic transmission are available on request only. Rates differ from vehicles with manual transmission and are available on request.
• Even when booking “Redemption of deductible”, customers are obliged to leave a deposit equal to the amount of the deductible. In the event of an insured event, this deposit will first be withheld and then refunded.
•    Depending on the provider, the delivery / collection of the vehicles can also be carried out via shuttle. In this case, customers are driven to the provider's office to pick up their rental car or return the vehicle to the office and are then taken to the ferry/airport free of charge. Travel times are generally between 5 and 15 minutes, but this can mean a detour depending on where the guests are staying.
